    My recent order UK162837451 that was sent to my granddaughter in Portugal cannot be returned from there as they say it will incure export costs…. My daughter is now returning to me in the UK and only then will I be able to return it to you. Not sure that it will now be done withing the 7 day period.. How is it that returns cannot be made free from Portugal??? They were saying that the law changed.
    Please ensure that I will still get my credit back since this has now happened. I will return the goods as soon as it arrives from Portugal.

  3. 1. I ordered a wide fit buckle block heel Chelsea boots, size 6 30/ 10/21.
    2. What I received was a size 5, a smaller sized fitting boots. So I returned it.
    3. I wanted to reorder the boots in the correct size, but the pricing was so much dearer. Therefore, I put in an order for a different pair of boots on the 1/11/2021.
    4. The boots that I received came in a battered shoe box, it had no wrapping on it and the boots have evidence of being worn.

    I have taken photographs, but I am unsure of how to upload them.

    I actually want the first pair of boots I ordered, at the price that I originally paid for. There is too much messing with orders and payment system, and I am actually frustrated as both errors are the fault of boohoo.
