B & M, also known as B & M Bargains and the larger B & M Home store is a British variety store chain that was established in 1978 and since then it has expanded quickly. Now it has around 673 stores across the UK. B & M is one of the largest variety store chains in the UK that offers diverse products under one roof. B & M offers a range of products like groceries, furniture, homeware, and much more. Though the store chain does not offer online shopping facility for groceries, furniture, and homeware products but you can still order online B & M flowers and B & M gardening tools and products and can get them delivered to your doorstep.

The variety stores also maintain two separate website for its flower and gardening products i.e., ‘bmflowers.co.uk’ and ‘bmgardenbuildings.co.uk’ besides its original website i.e., ‘bmstores.co.uk’.

The lines are open from 08:30 am to 05:00 pm from Monday to Friday while on weekends and other closed holidays, this communication facility is unavailable. Besides reaching them out by phone, you can also file your complaint via any of the following methods.

    I want to complain about the B+M store at unit 10, The Gerard Centre, Ashton-Makerfield, Wigan. WN4 9AN.
    I bought on Monday 29 November, HEATsaver gloves (2 pairs in 1 box. £2.99 ). I was asked do you want a receipt, I said no. When I got home there was a glove missing. Next day I took the gloves back to the store. They would not replace the gloves, because I. had no receipt. They where blaming me for accepting a receipt.
    I think the Woman’s Name is Lisa and the Store Manager.
    I was being accused, that I could have stolen the gloves, I said how do I know, one glove is missing. The reply was you could have removed a glove. I said, call the Police, I will wait here for the Police to come . also I was accused that I could stolen the gloves gone outside, removed a glove and gone into the store.
    I ask the woman for head office telephone number several times, but she refused to give the number. told me to get out. I said give me the number and I will get out.
    The manger eventually, after several times of asking give the telephone number.
    Its not fault, I was asked do I want a receipt, a glove was missing, I was told I could have stolen the gloves and removed one glove. I told the woman, I am not going to come in here again.
    I go to the store 2 or 3 times a week. I spend about £300 on the Lottery this year and more on other things. Thousand of pounds over the years at different B+m stores, is it worth the time and trouble and the bad feeling a loyal customer will get from incident, from one missing glove.

  2. Visited your store today and was appalled to see approximately a dozen young people in the store without masks.When I questioned this with a staff member I was told they could not enforce the wearing of masks because they did not have security. This is going against government guidelines in Wales which you are not enforcing and thus putting the lives of other people at risk. Please respond
