  1. Bensons for beds can’t be contacted by phone unless you have umpteen hours to hold on when you are no 96 in the queue.
    I have been trying since Fri 25th when my bed failed to be delivered with only 2 hours notice.
    I have NO bed the sleep on for 5 weeks I find this totally unacceptable.
    I did speak with customer service who redirected me to complaints who didn’t answer the phone. WHAT A SHAMBLES THIS COMPANY IS !!!
    I want to know if I can get compensation for the company not for filling its contract to me?
    I’M NOT A HAPPY BUNNY RIGHT HAND DOESN’T KNOW WHAT LEFT HAND IS DOING. NOBODY GIVES A DAMN THEY HAVE MY MONEY THATS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT !!!!!!!
